Diabetes Class
Join others to learn how to manage your diabetes in the "real" world. The class includes exercise, a healthy meal and information from doctors, pharmacists, psychologists and is led by a dietician. Traditional hatha yoga class with an emphasis on the spiritual dimensions of the practice. A masterful blend of activating the body and letting go; with a focus on one’s inner life.
MOMMY AND ME YOGA
A playful weaving of mom’s yoga practice and cultivating loving acceptance of our little ones “as they are.” Children can participate as much as they like, and are welcomed into many of our poses. Your child is also welcome to nurse, nap, or play with toys & the other kids. Infants to 3 years old.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga calms the nervous system and cultivates stillness of the body, mind, and feelings. These soothing and well-supported poses offer us the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life.
MEDITATION CELEBRATION
Traditional meditations don’t work for modern man. We need something more dynamic, something that releases all of the tensions of mind, body, and feeling. Experience innovative approaches- different ones every week- that break through our incessantly chattering mind and unending emotional turmoil. Open to the state of Meditativeness, and celebrate it!
